Hey CT, im now starting your double stimulation program ! in the stimulation, i will work on my main lift problem to add strenght ( 6-8 sets for 8-10reps ) using the same isolation exercises for 15 to 20 mins.
My question is :
if i have problem with the front of my legs, legs extension will be the better exercises to do ?
with shoulder and chest, my tricep are strong so i dont have problem with the end on the mouvement but to start the mouvement its more difficult witch isolation should i use ?
and to increase the deadlift ??
