As a 18 year old who has been lifting for 4 years I find myself full of energy during this long quarantine and weightlifting helps provide me structure and enjoyment and am lucky enough to have a good home gym. Currently I am using a synergist split and am utilizing your double stimulation training. In your article you talk about training daily or using the 4 on 1 off, do you think if sleep, nutrition, and peri workout supplementation are on point weight training with low volume but high intensity daily is possible. Do you think there is any benefit to intuitive rest days if daily training was being used?
