I read the article on double stimulation training, twice. I'd like to add it to my 5/3/1 programming, and would like to know if it's a good idea. I've been doing the 5/3/1 program for a year, first with BBB then switched to first set last with joker sets. BBB wasn't giving me results, but FSL 3 days a week is working well.
Although Wendler would tell me Im stupid, and to stick with the program as written, I want to grab every bit of progress possible since muscle building comes very slow to me.
