Im sure this subject has been talked todeath already. However beeing new to the forum and having not ever posted anything had to start somewhere.
So whats the deal with training twice per day. I read articles before, so remember tnations advice on training same bodyparts on same day and keeping workouts to a max of 45min each. Wanted to know from members (especially competitive bodybuilders) what their opinion was in terms of experience.
…Good supp routine going on so not to concerned on overtraining. Basically want to make use of increase energy and recovery time to pack on as much muscle as poss. So was hoping double split would be good?
