- Deadlift 3x5
- Press 5x5
- Pullups 5x5
- Dips 2 sets to failure/Rest-Pause
What about doing it 3 week, double progession? Not to much volume?
My 1rm are 80 for bench/fsq 120 deadlift

3 weeks is too short for double progression to stimulate significant gains.

Oh sorry I lost “x”. I mean 3 times a week, for example Monday-A Wednesday-B Friday-A Monday B etc.
