Which of the million 531 templates are you planning to run?
It depends on the template you're running whether that's advisable
This is a terrible, terrible idea for so, so, so many reasons. I think you need to refamiliarise yourself with what 531 really is. I believe it's a very popular choice in the Crossfit community for the strength gains you wouldn't get with Crossfit, but only when programmed intelligently. This is very, very definitely not it.
