Are you asking what your total dose should be or how you should split it up? It has a 10 hour half life.

No man I’ve run plenty of gear. This time my Anavar is 50 X 50mg caps. Obviously it’s either 1 or 2 a day. I’ll prob start at 50mg for 10 days and 100mg for 20 days.
