I went way downhill when I started working from home in 2020. Started a new job this past August which gets me out of the house, but I eat out for lunch every day and have done a craptastic job of being disciplined. Today is a fresh start of getting back to where I was.

So my insurance wouldn’t cover one of my psych meds (wanted $1900/month). They switched me to something I’d tried in the past with issues. Sure enough, I gained about 8lbs and according to my most recent labs, I’m pre-diabetic. Suddenly, the original medicine is FREE. I hate insurance, but I’m glad I get to get back on the original med.

No workouts the last few days. Took an Ambien the other night, apparently laid in the same position the whole time I slept, and woke up with a crippled back. I hurt myself getting a good night’s sleep. I am old.

Thanks for asking. Back started getting better, then I caught strep throat from one of my rug rats. Back is back to 100% and I’ll probably be well enough to start lifting Monday. On the upside, I didn’t gain any weight during the last couple of weeks.
