Don't Seem to Be Gaining Strenth?

really don’t know where to post this at.
but i’ve been hitting the gym pretty good at least an hour and a half everyday and try to use heavy weight, i don’t seem to be gaining strenth. can someone help me out.
also my gym nites are late, finished about 9:30 to 10:00 what should i eat it being late and all ?

Post your routine. Length of time is not so important, as much as what you’re actually doing.

Food? Do some research on peri-workout nutrition.

How are you tracking your progress? Are you writing things down and forcing yourself to do an extra rep each workout?

Unless your routine is compltely miserable it’s probably your diet.

Casein/whey shake with olive oil is a good pre bed meal.
