Don't Have Room for DL's or Squats

I disagree. Half the guys who post videos of themselves doing deadlifts even on T-Nation get knit-picked for flexing their arms, even with 400+ lb lifts. Its worth it just to activate your triceps a little, you don’t have to squeeze them like crazy. A little effort saves a lot of pain.

Uh, how about just picking up the damn bar? This is kind of a silly thing to be debating. There’s plenty of good articles on deadlifting that thoroughly address proper form.

Do some research maybe?
