Hey guys I’m 17 6’5 and 240 pounds and I’m starting to do deadlifts. People have been telling me deadlifts should be easy for me due to my height yet that doesn’t seem the case. I can throw up numbers easy it’s just my technique. Every time I deadlift I don’t feel anything else except some dull soreness in my lower back and that’s it. Can anyone help me please.

Its not a “feel” movement unless very advanced. You should only be worried about making progress with your numbers which will help stimulate the body as a whole
