Do you like eggs? Very cheap, very good source of quality protein. How about tuna? Look around for sales and you can get anywhere from 2-3 cans of tuna for $1 and canned pink salmon for around $1.50 for a can. You really should throw some low-glycemic fruit and green veggies in there. Green beans are inexpensive, and if you go to a Sam’s Club or something you can get big bags or broccoli a lot cheaper than in the grocery store. They have cases of eggs dirt cheap too. I see you use fish oils too…they have big bottles of that for 6.99…doesn’t get any better than that.

Sorry dude, you tried. The format gives me a headache.

The forum doesn’t do columns, as you’ve just found out.

yeah this came back really bad, any more help…thanks guys

From a quick glance, it looks ok. You need to add more veggies, beans and maybe some fruit. Some bread is ok, but lean more towards the above mentioned suggestions.
