Just found T-Mag site. All I can say is that it is the best source of info I have ever found on lifting/nutrition I have ever seen. Now my question, what kind of results have been seen with this program. Thanks in advance for any response.
Go to the search engine in the t-mag page (NOT the one in the forums) and look up “The Diet Manifesto” by Chris Shugart. It’ll give you a rundown on how it worked.
Feedback so far has been great. It’s one of the first diets I recommend to people who ask me about fat loss. For those who don’t know about the diet, which is basically the fat loss version of Massive Eating, the details can be found in one of John Berradi’s “Appetite for Construction” columns at T-mag.
