Don't be a Loner - Transition Support

Reading Shugs’s recent article “The 4 Stages of Mental Mastery”, I’m now highly motivated to leave stage #2 behind once and for all and make solid steps towards stage #4 - to get to where permanent great nutrition is no longer a struggle.

Anyone out there with similar goals who would be interested in exchanging regular emails around this as a way of building in additional support and accountability? If so pls mail me - let’s get cooking here!

There must be at least one! Surely??

Personally I see the path of mental mastery as something you need to do on your own, like how “agoge” training was depicted in “300”.

Post/Read on here when you think you’ll cave.

There are enough meatheads to digitally-slap you in the face.

I have done it.

But yeah; it to me is also a thing you have to do on your own.

Your mind, your choices.

You can do it! (see? i helped)

A thousand excuses of the undetermined mind descend upon you. Our negative thoughts will blot out the sun!

Then we will endeavor in the shade.
