Finally getting a mri for the rib next week. I gave up on public health system and will dish the $. The at least 6 month wait is not doing it.
I should have results a week after the test.
Hope you get some answers.
Mri is wednesday but yesterday my bf was rubbing my back and he reach over the rib and it pop.
Magic the pain is 98% gone.
I did a light workout and no pain after. Just very weak.
Makes sense to me. Good luck with the MRI! It sounds like you may learn there isn’t a massive, awful lurking injury or condition.

Light work out tonight, and I did ride 3 times over my 5 days off. My ass is kind of sore.
My rib is a bit tender but nothing major.
And we maybe heading into an other lockdown here in Quebec. We are at the moment in a half ass lockdown with no results.
MRI results are in. Many small muscles injuries and a slipping rib.
So I can workout but not too hard to aggravate it. And no more belt as this can make the rib move.
So I did a light workout and I am going to ride.
Quebec is going into an other half ass prolong lock down with a soft curfew with so many loop hole to go around it.
Happy to hear it is nothing “serious”. Do they think it will heal on its own?
at this point yes. I probably hurt it in the original leg injury. But now it is too late and to well healed to do much.
Ugh! I hope you can find ways to work around it and keep grinding.
