How many sets and reps should I do, and how many times a week?
Are you really asking a guy who has never ever done a single set of any calves exercise, nor used any such exercises with any clients how many sets to do?
I thought you did a video on it in the “do the donkey calf raise” tip/article on 2/12/16.
I did a video of it when we were building an exercise database and we wanted to cover all the muscles. But I personally do not do calves work. And in all my coaching life I think I might have used calves work with one person.
