In Don Alessi’s article this week about stretching, he suggests not using this stretching technique unless you are in a bulking phase. I’m wondering if this is just because it won’t have any additional benefit for those not bulking or if it would actually be detrimental? It seems that this technique might be good for increasing range of motion. Any thoughts?
From all I’ve read and a little personal experience I think post workout stretching would be good all the time. I think it helps with my recovery and yes flexability too.
