Usually, after working out I get sore by the end of the day or after I wake up. Recently, however I've been getting sore 2-3 days after my workout. What's up with that?

Your body is adapting to working out. It is very common for people to get sore two days after a workout. If your getting sore later and later after a workout, your muscles are getting better at handling your routine.
