Anyone here been to the DR? We are going for vacation in November and I was wondering if anyone had been and what the good tours were. We will be there for 8 nights at the Hilton Costa Caribe Hotel.
I am hoping to smoke some nice, smooth Cuban cigars while I am there…

What tours… there is nothing to see… fly and flop is what DR is all about…
Why go to DR for cuban cigars… DR has there own cigas which are excellent. If you must have cubans, go to cuba… unless you’re american than nevermind…
Honestly I can think of half a dozen more places I’d rather go than to go to the DR again… It was seriously boring. I went to Punta Cana, which is supposed to be the nicest place there.
