Dominant Right Arm!

Hello there,

Although I am left handed, my right side is pretty dominant. Particularly my right arm. It gets the best of every workout by far. At least that’s how it feels. When relaxed, my right arm is about a half an inch bigger. I am not sure if that is “normal” but I can tell the difference in strength and in the mirror.

Anyone knows how to correct this situation?

It’s not abnormal but obviously not ideal either.

I’ve been doing 100 rep band pushdowns w/ my left arm after my two lower body workouts and have seen good results, both physique and strength wise.

Chad Waterbury has recommended one-arm eccentric chins w/ the weak arm to correct this imbalance–it was a “Cool Tip” a long time ago.
