hey ppl, im 20 yo student [CE] from slovakia. height 186cm 61i
weight 103kg 227lb

my eating is based on leangainig metods, but customized by myself for somekind getting rid of the fat while building serious muscle.

im juice free, but i dont say i wont ride a cycle. but not in close future.

i used to be a profesional rower, but quit 2 years ago, and at this point i get into bodybuilding. i started with 88kg and fatness level little bit higher than right now. im pretty satisfied with my progres, but i wanna look better. my aim is to look like those fancy fitness models. got some salbutamol, yohimbine and alfayohimbine at home.

i attended a natural bodybuilding race, but wasnt lean as other guys due some problems in school, so i participated just for fun.
