This is now my 6th week into the same routine. I am planning on having a week break after week 8 and then switching to a different routine to promote optimum size and strength gains. what you think?
Stay in the beginners section. Stop cluttering up the bb forum with stuff that is very easily accessible.
Possible options:1. Troll2. Beginner, not having read the stickies.3. All of the above.
Solution: Get back to da choppa. GTFO.

Switch programs once the gains stop. If there never were gains switch right away.
