I’m cutting on relatively higher carbs still and with good results. But because of this I’m not taking in alot of fat in order to cut calories somewhere so my last meal of the day is just egg whites and nothing else. Does it really matter whether you eat protein with fats or casein or slower digesting protein before bed if everything else is good throughout the day? Just curious to know what you guys think.
Your outcome will not be significantly affected by this approach.
I think gastric emptying takes a little too long to really worry about the precise effects of any specific ingredient.
Last meal protien=good.
But, There will still aslo be the spaghetti or steak or what ever else you had in the previous X hours ago with it.
