Does Taking Superfood = No More Fruits and Veggies

the Superfood article says that it has servings of fruits and vegetables per serving of Superfood. a container of super food is only $35 for about a months supply and i spend about $50 a month on fruits and veggies alone.

if i take a serving of Superfood on a regular daily basis would that be as good as eating 2-4 pieces of fruit per day(mainly apples and pears) and 2-3 cups of veggies? this would save me a little bit of money and more calories for fat, carbs , and protein

Last time I checked, Superfoods was a supplement...

No. It's to make up for deficiencies, not a Get-Out-Of-Jail-Free card.

That said, if you were to only take Superfood and a multivitamin you'd probably meet your minimum requirements for nutrients and vitamins found in fruits and veggies.
