Does anybody realize...

I was reading a two part article by Paul Chek at www.ptonthenet.com where he refers to the universality of response to resistance training (yes of course we’re all individual in duration, frequency, volume, intensity, etc.) BUT he speaks on about how individual we all are in our response to various foods (allergen, blood type, ethnic grounding, etc.) . .he refers to an interesting site: http://www.healthexcel.com/
I think I may get the book . .can never read too much. Thanks for a great topic

Once upon a time, there was this guy from Austria named Arnold who wanted to be Mr Olympia, just once. He’d heard that he needed perfect genetics to do it because bodybuilding is all about symmetry, balance, etc. Looking down at his calves, though, he thought, ‘oh no! I was born with skinny calves! I’ll never be Mr Olympia now because I wasn’t born with huge ones!’ So Arnold gave up because he was told that he needs the right ‘genetics’ to win. He didn’t win a single BB contest all his life & was a terrible failure in everything he did because of his lousy ‘genetics’.
