100 pull-ups - did overhand x10, underhand x10, neutral x10 3 times for 90 total and did the last few reps neutral.

100 band pullaparts all one set, just burn central

100 dips. Haven’t done 100 dips in a while. Hurt. Wanted to do pushups halfway through because the gym daycare was closing and I wouldn’t have had time to finish but I got my wife to take the kid to the car and wait for 5 minutes while I finished. No room to skimp on day 1.
