I don’t want to turn this into a massive 5/3/1 discussion as there is a whole forum dedicated to that, but yes, people do. I’ve ran it before where I started with such a low TM I was hitting 15 or so on the 1s week. Getting stronger doesn’t just happen in the low rep schemes, it happens across the board.
Again, this is the PL forum so I don’t want to detract too much from it, but I just wanted to clarify and she’s some light on my original post.
first apply a lot of leg drive, but then as soon as the plates loose contact with the floor tense your abs as hard as you can and the legs will in my experience automatically continue to drive without you having to think that much about it
