Do You Hate Muslims?

I concur with Mr. Zap.

On a side note:
I was listening to a right wing radio talk show yesterday (while awaiting the traffic report) and they were bemoaning that there were several enclaves in the surrounding area that were named Islamville and such.

People were calling in complaining that there they had “heard” that there were firing ranges, that the people were practicing “their” chosen religion, and that they did not want outsiders in their midst.

Hell, I thought, sounds just like an NRA convention. (And I’m a NRA member.) Freedom of religion? “In God we trust?” Yeah but whose god. I guess it is like Animal Farm: “Some gods are more equal than others…”

It has been used for evil but it has also been used for good.

I personally have no use for it.

Like others have said, I don’t hate anyone for their religion. I just feel sorry for anyone who isn’t a Catholic, because they’re just spinning their wheels. [insert evil laughter]

no.

I hate anyone who tries to impose their religion on me. If muslims try to convince me I should be muslim then I hate them. That goes for catholics, protestants, buddhists, and Tom Cruise.

I don’t hate muslims…

I just like it better when they’re not around.

that clip is great! I love how someone who gets cummed on for a living by every sleezebag porn actor draws the line at having sex with al-quaida. and who thinks al-quaida would want to have sex with her anyway? i thought they were into the whole 72 virgins thing.

Yes I do. I’m sorry if that offends anyone but I really do.

I’m from Bosnia and what the Muslims there did to my father, my family and me home I will never be able to forgive. I have tried, I know that there are really nice Muslims out there, and I’ve met a few, but still inside of me, even when I’m being nice to them (which is always,

I’m not open in person about this) there is this part of me that resents them for what they did my family and I just can’t get over that.

I hate everyone so I guess that means I hate muslims does that count.

I hate the people that say they want to live in america but want us to change to their lifestyle.

Then you don’t really want to live here.

I hate the fact that I live in a country that was founded by christians, but can’t say i believe in god without being ridiculed.

I hate the fact that my daughter will probably be forced to learn spanish because some people were to lazy and disrespectful the learn our language when they snuck over in the back of wal-mart trucks(friend works at the distribution center inside joke).

Wow who pissed in my wheaties today.

I don’t hate I love everyone and everything.

peace love an harmony, think i’ll go back to worshiping the sun now.

Oh yeah and does it specifically specify that the 72 virgins are female or are they little boys, women are for breeding boys are for pleasure, wow you think most catholic priest would convert to muslim religion then.

I don’t hate muslims just because of their religion, but seriously, look at the muslim countries in the middle east. If that is any indication (which I think it is) of the way muslims live, they are the ones who are uneducated and simple minded.

Look at all of their asinine laws over there. How they treat women and how intolerant they are of other peoples views. Everyone says Americans are close minded for hating muslims but at least muslims are able to freely practice their religion here. I would love to see a Christian group go over and openly start trying to preach to people. They would be put to death by the government.

Now what is not to like about a religion contrived by a man who penned possibly the most boring, hackneyed SF writings ever? You are just being glib.

No.

I completely agree. If terrorism is not the true face of Islam, as moderate Islams argue, then they should take a stand against their own who are giving it a bad name.

Some have. Not enough. It is scary because they become a target.

I kind of feel sorry for Catholics…if I have to go to one more 2 hour confirmation this year I’m gonna lose my marbles.

No

However i do dispise the people who do not read their religous books. For example, the current threat of islamic terrorists, these are people who are muslim and think that they [and familiy] will go to heaven in killing themselves and the “enemy”. If they were to read the koran, it would say that this act would send them straight to hell.

Every religous book which is mainstream usually preaches peace and harmony between different people (love thy neighbour for example) and also tollerance for their belief.

Thing is, no-one reads those parts. They’d rather read/watch the parts about how your religion is better than someone elses because they will go to hell and you will not. You won’t go to your version of heaven if you don’t read your religions holy book and understand it completly, and to follow the lessons within it.

So then, what happened to that traveller who was brutally beaten and left to die?

I guess the hypocrisy of your country attacking Iraq to search for WMD’s hasnt really set in yet. And how are they uneducated and simple minded. Dont be so ethnocentric.

And dont fall into the trap of outgroup homogeneity bias. They are not all alike.

Culturally, my people have killed, sacrificed, or beaten into submission their opponents to establish dominance. Religiously it was prophecized to do so. It wasn’t until the american puritans came along and helped us deal with our problems by getting diseased, outlawing our native tongue, and changing our cultural practices so that we could be more peaceful and easier to control our natural resources for their wealth and benefit. GMOs suck.

Yeah, I don’t hate muslims. I hate businessmen. rofl. A whole new religion. Oh and Tom Cruise. hahaha

*take with a grain of salt…all in good, twisted humor.

Which version of the Koran did you read?

Why well meaning liberal westerners give support to this tide of oppression, intolerance and misogyny, I do not understand. It is fundamentally different to all other world religions and totally intolerant of the western way of life. Islam spread across the globe and was only stopped by determined effort by the west to stop it.

Now all the west is bowing down to it under some fear of appearing intolerant or racist, and give no support to secularists in the east, or those under oppression in Muslim countries. One only needs to look at the protests in Turkey to see the reality of western values fighting again the tide of Islam.

People who consider themselves liberals in the west need to wake up to the fact that by tolerating Islamic intolerance, one is giving up the rights that we as secularists fought so hard for throughtout history.

Muslims living in western countries are no doubt nice people, but they do not afford the same niceties to non-muslims when the are the majority. Simply look to ANY Muslim country for proof of this.
