I agree with most that quality of sleep plummets when drinking but try drinking a glass of water every other drink and before going to bed take some electrolytes like ZMA
Im the same way, thats why I quit drinking altogether.
The hard part about things like ZMA is remembering to take them. Speaking personally I usually get so wankered that I can just about remember my way home…
