cardio vs no cardio?
Well, anything is better than nothing, no matter what the time of day. Morning cardio is supposed to burn more fat that is free floating in your blood stream after waking from sleep. Intermittant cardio is supposed to be better than steady state. In reality, it doesn't make a huge difference. Just get off your butt.
