Who gives a fuck about cals? The times in my life when I’m the leanest Im eating the most overall calories. Most of those cals are fat and protein. The times when i get fat are when my “cals” are under 2000 and primarily consisting of sugar and weakness.
I hear a lot of talk about calories directed at my chunks of meat and bacon-fried brocolli but there are also a shit ton of fancy milk-filled, flavour-shotted, soy-based starbucks drinks in the same room at the same time that hear the same shit.
Eat some B&E, watch Rambo/300/whatever and drop another testicle.
