I added it up and was surprised to find I’d lifted 10,000 pounds just on the deadlift. And I’m not even close to huge yet. I bet some of you lift 20,000 to 30,000+ on a good workout. So what’s your total?

I never go above 6 reps on deadlifting but looking at those numbers I’ll have to rethink it.
I do (in kg): 1406, 1504, 1603, 1702, 1702, 1801 which amounts to just over 6000lb. I do high volume on stiff legged deadlift because good mornings really hurt my neck. So overall it will be over 10000lb but for deadlift alone I just go as heavy as I can.
