i plan on doin a push/pull split that looks like this
Push - Squat, Bench Press, Overhead Press, Situp
Pull - Deadlift, Chinups, Powercleans, barbell rows
should i do power cleans at the beginning of my workout because i did them after deads and chins today and i was too fatigued to really pull any serious weight on the cleans. So if i do power cleans first, will that hurt my deadlift performance?
