I was doing double-overhand while working up and my grip gave out on 405. It was definitely fried from kettlebell swings and CoC gripper work. I couldn’t clear my knees before I dropped it.

Notes: I was definitely feeling yesterday’s heavy KB swings in my forearms, glutes and hamstrings. It didn’t really hinder me all that much today except on curls. My forearms hurt like hell on curls so I just stopped.
