Well do they? I have been eating kale and it has a surprising carb count.
Do you use KetoStix to ensure ketosis? This might be a way to ensure you are hitting ketosis instead of guessing.
Although having said that, I cant imagine that it would make a difference unless you are eating bushels of the stuff
What type of carbs is it?
Yes, they count but remove fiber from to get a net carb count. For example, Kale has approx 6.5 grams of carbs per cup but 1.5 grams of indigestible fiber. Therefore, 5 grams of carbs.
After eating low carb with prolonged periods of zero carb over the last 5 years, I don’t count the carbs from leafy greens. They really don’t seem to move the needle for me.

Same for me. I eat a serving with each meal and don’t think I’ve ever come out of Keto due to veggies.
