Another question… since i only lift 2X a week, should I do a A,B / C,A / B,C or should I do legs each week so that it’s A,C / B,C / A,C / B,C?

I’d appreciate any feedback,
-I

I didn’t even read your plan, but my answer is: Not if you eat and sleep enough.

Awesome.

u need to do legs more, if anything legs twice a week upper once with all those pushups u should be getting decent upper body exercise, add some more back in my opinion overtraining doesnt exsist to me if u set it up right and eat and sleep enough

Overtraining can only be assesed by you. No one can tell you “you’re overtraining” If you’re making progress you’re doing fine.

Train and find out if it works for you.
