na, you’re just untrained.
Lift weights 4 times a week, eat meat and vegetables 4 times a day and be patient; this shit takes a while.
For the past 2 weeks I’ve been working out everyday, is this a good thing or will it end up negating my progress?

Working out everyday is fine as long as you are making sure you are recovering properly and splitting up your workout sensibly. So if you’re training your chest 5 days a week destroying your shoulders, and only training your back and legs once, then no, it’s not good, but if it’s an intelligent split allowing your body ample recovery then it’s cool.
Personally, I don’t really see the need for you to train more than 4 times in a week but if you’re motivated enough to train every day then by all means do so
Get on a program and learn patience.
What you put in your mouth is also very important.
