Do I Eat Enough?

MEAL 1

4 pieces sushi
PB&J sandwich

1 cup chocolate ice cream
Belgian waffle with chocolate PB, syrup, butter, powdered sugar
bowl rice crispies with banana pudding and powdered sugar

MEAL 2
1/4 bag sour cream cheddar cheese Ruffles chips
2 hot dogs on bun with cheese, ketchup, mustard, relish
bowl Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
2 pieces sushi
chocolate brownie with walnuts and chocolate frosting topped with chocolate PB
2 cheesecake swirled brownies
3 vanilla chocolate chip pudding cookies
1 cup chocolate ice cream

MEAL 3
1/2 bagel with cream cheese
chocolate brownie with walnuts and chocolate frosting
1 cheesecake swirled brownie
2 vanilla chocolate chip pudding cookies
belgian waffle with cinnamon, powdered sugar, butter, syrup
bowl Cap’n Crunch PB cereal with chocolate milk
Lean Cuisine roasted garlic and chicken pizza
1 pint chocolate ice cream

MEAL 4

Sounds like an average day for the contests that are on this season of the Biggest Loser.

Yeah, but they aren’t ~180lbs and 4-6% body fat.

If that is really true it is pretty much ridiculous. I want to be on whatever he is on lol.

I may be wrong here but it seems like his workout consists of CrossFit training. Im just getting that from the “as many rounds as possible” in twenty minutes and the types of sets. That diet should be the poster child for bad but regardless, his physique isn’t bad.

He only does that once a week I think (or month, dunno). The rest of the time it low-carb, high-protein, moderate/high-fat.

Oh ok…still when I read it I was like damn, that is alot of junk…
