Sometimes I take a digestive enzyme pill when I eat a lot of protein (post-workout) to help the protein digest, rather than simply going to waste. But if I take a supplement like Tribex at that time as well, will the digestive enzyme destroy the product, or will it do exactly what I want it to do by helping process the supplement in my body?
The supplements aren’t protein, fats, or carbohydrates, which are what these enzymes break down. They are quite
specific for these and cannot do anything to the supplements.
