Are chin up ladders supposed to be done everyday and how often a day should they be done.i currently am able to do 4 chin-ups.any comment will be appreciated
According to Pavel, do them lots of different times throughout the day and lots of times a week, this ties in with his approach of training almost everyday.
Pavel told me at least 4 days per week, 25 reps per day.
I had very good results with a hard ladder on day 1, slightly easier day 2, rcovery ladder day 3, rest day 4 - start over with day 1 but a bit harder than the original day 1. After a couple cycles like this take a couple days off and just do recovery work and then start over at (hopefully) a higher level.
