DNP Watergain/Results/Photo/Dosage/Duration

#1

Im board so felt like sharing my past DNP cycle exp with you.
my diet was 750 calorie deflect. everyday was different but my macros were usually
around 35% carb. 15% fat. 50% protein depends on how i felt i was changing it .
i also ran 400mg of test p while on to prevent muscle loss.
ECA stack LOW dose
t3 25mcg a day (not needed)
Vitamin E multi potassium pills fish oil and half a galon of V8 juice a day

stats 5'11 253 14% (before)
9 or 8% still 5"11 duh! 231lbs (after) I WILL INCLUDE BEFORE PHOTOS AT THE END OF THIS AND AFTER PICS NXT COMMENT

day 1 to 2 125mg. got warm right away felt it working gained about 2 lbs of water 10% strength loss

day 3 to 5 250mg. sweat like hell, lost stamina, weight went down 2lbs but i was more bloated than before. slight sore throat in the morning, dry mouth. strength loss 20% ish

day 6 to 8. 375mg. sweat like crazzy no stamina, strenght loss weight was down by 4lbs water retantion was pretty high my muscles were getting flatter 30% ish

day 8 to 21 375mh. pretty much everything was the same as 6 to 8. finished the cycle i my weight was 14 lbs lowered on day 21 and 23lbs lowered 10 days after my last pill, it took me about 10 days to lose to water weight and see my true fat loss

my recommendation to first time users:

dont get nervious and bump the dose as fast as i did (i ran it before n my body takes it diffrently than most normal people)

you will lose fat evuantually so stick with lowered dose midium cycles like 200mg 14 days type of cycle. the higher the dosoing goes the shittier ur life is gonna be
sweat strenght loss lack of stamina and...

take the lowest dose possible for the first 3 days in case of allergies.

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY dont let water retantion (weight gain) and flat loosing muscles fuck with ur mind. keep the diet semi clean (macros wont matter much as long as u eat high protein and watch the calories intake carefully).

dont be a weak minded person, go to the gym as much as u can try to workout slower n lighter. 20 30 mins of slow steady cardio is very benefitial.
