Yes I understrand it dangerous. I have read exstensivly on it. Im m just wondering who has tried it and did you get the results you exspected from it?
lost just about a pound a day. i ran it two times about ten days each.
about a week later though i looked into the mirror and really noticed it after the water came off.
the only problem i had was the fact i ran it in the summer so the heat was crazy.
what was your daily dosage?
400mg a day
