I emphasized front squats in June and progressed a lot with good form (BD-style grip). In July I emphasized sumo-deadlifts and progressed a lot. Now I’m switching back to Front Squat and my form is shit. I can’t keep my elbows high enough and can barely keep my torso straight - the bar keeps slipping down the upper arms.
Any possible effect DL could have on FrSq and any way I could remedy it?
