DL on Sheiko #29


Next month I will give Sheiko a try and according to EliteFTS beginners on Sheiko should start with program #29 ( http://www.elitefts.com/sheiko/default.asp ). On #29 there are 3 types of deadlifts: to knees, from pins and off box. What I understood was DL to knees as being the first part of the movement (from floor to knees) and DL from pins as being a power pull but i have no clue about the DL off box. Can someone explain, illustrate, post pics, whatever, to help me?


Deficit pull. You do it while standing on a box. Or a plate. Or do it with 35’s instead of 45’s. Whatever makes it work for ya really!
