I have a question that I am hoping you can help me with. It seems a little silly but I need to know.
Should I change my DL grip each set? If my right hand is sup. and my left hand is pro. for one set, should I reverse my grip for the next set? Does it make a difference in muscle development?

Why don’t you try resetting after each rep? I always do the ‘dip, grip and rip’ method.
Is it truly a deadlift if you are not actually pulling it from a dead stop? (I don’t think so)
When I’m doing several sets I always try to reverse my grip on each set. I do the same for shrugs.
I don’t think it makes a huge difference but why emphasize potential muscle imbalances when it’s so easy to switch it up and avoid them?

After each rep I do release my hands and grip again before I pull - I don’t stand up tho.
