Will Fill more with more time on hands


So finally more time on my hands. Lifts at the stage of the above post of May 2011 were as follows:

Bench - 60kg
Squat - 80kg
Deadlift - 90kg

So now this is what about 10 months on from training.

I have been pretty consistant on my lifting. Did do some MMA/Self Defense training for a 6 month period aswell as lifting. Also went on a cutting phase and got down to what I am now.

Weight - 102kg

Majority of time I have been following 5/3/1
Currently I have switched to Pull, Press, Squat. Just completed 2nd week.
Testing totals were as follows:

Bench - 130kg x 1
Squat - 160kg x 2
Deadlift - 180kg x 2

Last few weeks of logs I will throw in below tomorrow.
