DJ1977 Training Log

Hi All

As my post in the beginners section states, I am a 42 Year Old out of shape sedentary guy who hasn’t trained at all in 10 years and its time to change that.

After some advice I have decided to train using Chad Waterburys Total Body Training its uncomplicated and Full Body and I was never a split routine person, during my amateur fighting days in my 20s its was always full body explosive workouts and Gymnastics for fun.

Planning on my first workout tonight, not sure what any of my maxes will be, will be happy if its slightly heavier than a tin of beans.
