I talked to you over email before and I vault for Rutgers U. We discussed some simple things to help my vault and I’ve been improving since. One questions though. The offseason is approaching and Im using an O-lift program, most likely 3 day per week split, using snatch and clean from the hang. How often would you recommend squatting? Squat is one of my weak points and I really wanted to emphasize them. Would I be using Front/Back/Overhead? Or a mixture of all three? Also, what would the set/rep scheme look like?
