Condition:-
Feeling Dizzy, unable to maintain balance, was hearing only beats(enhanced version) of the music that was being played, cannot see anything except red colour
Time lasted for:-
10 to 12 mins
When:-
I was halfway through my back workout; did pull ups, dead lifts and DB rows… I was just keeping the dumbbells after my last set when i hurt my right hands middle finger. Just few seconds Past it i started experiencing the condition.
i needed to know if anyone here have experienced the same… or knows something about it?
