I’d also add that your eating patterns are hormonal (and will thus adapt to whatever eating schedule is consistently imposed; which usually takes 2-3 weeks, or less)
You mean that hormones will adapt to eating pattern or other way around?
Many different factors determine the best way to go about it. Ultimately, what matters most is meeting your nutritional needs by the end of the day. But, there are certainly benefits that can be achieved by maximizing your meal and nutrient timing, but again it really depends on your goals, caloric intake, macros, etc. If you can post more details about your current nutrition, training, and your goals, it would be easier to give more specific advice.
